Email support@biotadex.app and a person will reply. Biotadex is built by one person, so replies are not instant, but every message is read.

Reporting content or behaviour

Any find, comment or person can be reported from inside the app, and you can block anyone. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours. If something is urgent or involves someone's safety, write to safety@biotadex.app.

Identifications are often wrong

Species identification is AI-assisted and gets things wrong, particularly for lookalike species. Never rely on Biotadex to decide whether something is safe to touch, eat, or approach.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account and everything in it from inside the app: Menu, then Account, then Delete Account. See deleting your account for what is removed.
